Tantra and dance expression are ancient arts and through conscious movement, invocation, and harmonization of the energy centers, you can awaken the Divine feminine within.  In this workshop, we will journey to a world where tantric energy work merges with belly dance -- a moving language of sacred symbols that connects us to the elements of the universe.   

On the dance side, this course breaks down the basic movements and isolations of belly dance and expands on this through combinations and choreographed routines. Some highlights of the weekend include learning veil and drum solo technique, dancing with light and the use of ritual in dance.   All of this is underscored with the mystical origins of the dance, and meditations and visualizations are incorporated to invoke the inner Goddess. 

In addition, the tantric topics woven into the course include esoteric information on the chakras, polarity and balancing of our yin and yang energies, curves of pleasure and orgasm in tantra, harnessing and controlling our sexual energy, transfiguration, archetypical roles in tantra, the path of love, pelvic exercises to unlock our sexual potential and much, much more!
