This group considers the basics of the Family Constellation method as used in Osho's vision of moving beyond the family to heal the current relationships.

Every child is connected to a family and takes on certain roles in the family structure. And that effect this persons relationships in all level in their lives
Each family member, including those who are absent through death or separation is energetically present in the dynamic of the family structure, and affects other members.
Similarly, the suppressed emotions of the family members are also present and may be absorbed by others in the system.
As a result, the survivors in the family may feel afraid to live fully. They may feel like misfits, disconnected from others, and even from themselves.

By recreating the structure of or the 'constellation' of the family of an individual, the relationships within the system and the relationship with the others become clear.
The participants can see how these unresolved dynamics have been affecting them since childhood - and the healing process can begin
